Come Try a Class!
Karin's Kicking Fitness is a high energy fitness kickboxing class that pairs boxing drills with floor exercises and crunches. Guaranteed full body workout with plenty of sweat, this class will help develop balance and coordination while it shapes and tones your body.

In the class, everyone is paired with a partner for the boxing and kicking drills. We use standard boxing gloves and mitts to provide weighted resistance along with the cardio workout. Special attention is given to proper form and technique so that we get the most out of each workout safely.
While this class is a high intensity and challenging workout, don't be intimidated. All of the drills can be modified to allow all fitness levels to participate. No experience? No problem! Most of our students came to their first class without any martial arts or kickboxing experience.
What to wear? Regular workout clothes and bare feet (or special Mat shoes). We will be using boxing gloves and mitts during the workout. If you have a set, feel free to bring them; however, we will have sets available for you to use.
